Kobe beef also know as Waygu beef is acclaimed to be one of the most succulent meats in the world.

Each cow is massaged with saki, a Japanese rice wine a number of times each week.

The meat is well marbled and cooks faster at a lower temperature than regular meat.

Kobe beef has a higher amount of Omega 3 and contains a higher percentage of good fats than other beef.

Due to the labour intensive nature of producing Kobe beef and the high level of marbling, Kobe beef is one of the most expensive and sought after beef products in the world.
