We are committed to offering our customers the highest quality products along with the friendliest service available. Most importantly, we know that our partner, you, the customer, is best served when we listen to your needs very carefully. We have adopted a farm to fork philosophy and believe that all the food you consume in our restaurants should be fully traceable. Not only will this ensure the highest quality to you but it also promotes Irish suppliers and farmers.

Please let us know what we can do to make your time at Gourmet Burger Company even better.

"The burgers are really good, succulent and juicy, and the sour dough buns are excellent. The fries could be the best I ever had, and (we) gave the restaurant and the meal ten out of ten."

All our gourmet burgers are served on a freshly baked and toasted bun with a dill pickle on the side. We serve gourmet burger bowls for a low-carb option.

During the last decades we have witnessed the development of large and serious problems arising from the activities of conventional agriculture.

We need to develop agriculture as an organism, to understand it as a living eco-system, which is taken from the model of nature herself and is an alternative to intensification, specialisation and reliance on chemical inputs.
