Set up costs vary from location to location and the structure will depend on your prefered lender.  A general rule of thumb is that you will require €100,000-€150,000 for the business and the balance is structured to you and your lenders requirments.  Once we recieve your application form back we will be better able to analyse the set up costs for you personally. (any set up costs exclude any key money for a premises if required, guarentees will be required over rents, loans and asset leasing)
